Building from the ground up
Prince Donatus Okonkwo’s business journey began with trading in Aba before he studied business in the United Kingdom. In a 2017 THISDAY interview, he described how experience at McDonald’s informed his return to Nigeria and the development of Tetrazzini with his wife.
The company’s beginnings in Ajao Estate, Lagos, placed food, customer experience and day-to-day operations at the centre of his entrepreneurial story.
